Policies & Procedures
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in our stretch limousines ONLY according to State Motor Vehicle Law. You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. Only cans and bottles are to be permitted in the vehicle. No beer balls, kegs, coolers, etc. are permitted. If you are of legal age to consume alcohol, you must provide your own. All people of legal age consuming alcoholic beverage shall conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause harm to any person or persons or to any vehicle or its equipment. Your driver will periodically remove empty bottles and cans throughout the duration of your trip. Please dispose of any additional cans, bottles, and waste at the conclusion of your trip. A $35.00 clean fee will be charged if this you neglect to follow these policies. Any other damages that may occur such as spills, vomit, gum, burns, rips, tears, etc. will be subjected to additional fees depending on the severity of damages.
Airport Bookings: We monitor all incoming flights and are fully aware if your plane is delayed or if your flight has been cancelled. From the time your plane lands at the designated airport we allow 20 minutes of free wait time. After these 20 minutes, you will be charged $10.00 for each additional 15 minutes we are required to wait. After you have landed on your return flight, we ask that as soon as you get your luggage you call the dispatch number and notify them of the number door or passenger pickup area you are at and also provide them with a brief clothing description of those in your party so that they are able to identify you quickly.
Reservations for airport or long distance: For all airport or long distance trips we require a $50.00 non-refundable credit card fee for bookings. This fee will be applied towards your trip. We are a high volume company that receives a plethora of airport and long distance inquires. This fee will set aside a guaranteed vehicle for your trip. If your airport or long distance trip is to be cancelled, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
For a long distance trip (not including airports), there will be a fee of $25.00 for every hour of wait time. This will be added to the base price of your trip at the end of your return.
We recommend that all valuables be removed and not be left unattended. Exclusive Taxi and Car Service is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage to valuables left unattended. Exclusive Taxi and Car Service is not responsible for any delays or mechanical failures beyond our reasonable control or inclement weather.
